Do yourself a favour and find someone else, after a $9,000.00 investment and 2 months, they hit none of the agreed targets. I terminated the agreement so they just stopped working on my assets. They had created new accounts but I was neither informed of them or given logons and then - never contacted again. I now find that there are 67 leads in an expired account that I can't access. In a time when it's never been harder in business, I find this dismissive attitude utterly reprehensible. Please be very careful before appointing this company to manage your business assets.

I really appreciate that I can have an open conversation with the team at Jumpstart! In the past (with a different company) when I asked questions they were met with defensiveness.As someone who is technologically challenged, I love that I can say ‘hey, what’s happening with this?’ ‘What does this mean?’ ‘How can we make this work better?’ And every question is met with ‘Thanks for the feedback’ ‘We can make that work’ ‘what that means is ….’ ‘We can show you how you can do that so you don’t need to pay us to do it’ or ‘have you thought about ….. as a way to bring in donations?’I appreciate that I can ask questions and not be met with hostility or defensiveness. I also appreciate that I don’t know what I don’t know and Ming and the team at Jumpstart don’t say ‘well you said the scope was this so this is what we did’, instead they guide us beyond what we thought we needed and give us suggestions that we would never have thought of as we don’t know to ask!Also, I have to say how competitively priced the web builds were. We came for the web build, staying for the marketing support (which we sought out and didn’t experience any hard sell for!)

Ming & Co really know their stuff. Good value, reputable, no nonsense.
