Had my iPhone 8 Plus fixed today. Thought it was going to be unfixable but phone logic fixed it in a good amount of time with very friendly services. Not only were they very friendly and time efficient but the cost was very good too. Thank you to everyone at phone logic!! Would recommended 10/10 to my friends and family!!

Not only did they take twice as long as they quoted, they caused more damage than good. After taking too long to fix the damage that they caused I took my phone elsewhere, where I was told that they had missed putting screws in, completely stripped one and damaged my home button to the point of me having to now send it to apple for repairs.I hope to hear back from phone logic for reimbursement for the services they charged me for and the costs that will incur to fix their damage

I purchased a (Tempered Glass) Screen protector for my s20+ on Friday, By Sunday it had large air pockets under the top section. I tried tp put light pressure on the side to push the air out and it cracked like an egg shell. This item is extremely fragile and should not be sold. It's obviously a cheap imitation being sold as a quality product. I went back and asked for replacement or refund and they said NO because when they sold it I accepted the product. Umm, that's not how it works. I even went to other mobile shops and they were surprised at how bad quality they are. P

Highly recommend this store. Their worker Alan was very friendly and quite helpful. He did a great job of installing my screen protector.Alan also gave me lots of advice for how to take care of the phone and was willing to share his knowledge with me for no cost. This will be my go to store from now on.

Beware!!!! Went in for a new screen, they broke the home button and charging port. Returned and they said they had fixed it (again) but they hadn’t & the screen wasn’t on correctly and had a bit gap along the edge and glue everywhere. They refused a refund and after a lot of arguments they said they would do it again and replace the home button, but they replaced it with one that doesn’t have the finger scan function. Left with an iPad with a new screen but didn’t have the same functions as it arrived with… not happy. Will be going to ombudsman & filing a complaint.
