Colin Knight Real Estate is one of the best agent we had so far. We always have been looked after, every time we have an issues at the unit. It’s been almost happy 7 years now and up to this day they always are very responsive and takes action promptly.We are very thankful to Justyn for always looking after us. Good luck getting your bond back without headaches. They (more specifically Justyn) made it very difficult. After paying premium fees for cleaners, gardeners and tradesman Justyn picked on the smallest little details which you would not usually notice (eg made me drive an hour to remove a nice looking soap bottle left for the new tenants).

First and foremost i would like to recommend Justyn Knight to anyone and everyone. Especially to a first time renter like myself.I enquired about a place and got a next morning reply and inspection. I was extremely happy with the value of the place and despite previous no rental history. Justyn spoke to the owners and made it work within days. I saw the place on a thursday and signed my lease 5 days later. Their team is very responsive. I had questions about the lease and Rosie gave me a call and explained in such detail for me.I am very happy that I am apart of their agency and wouldn’t recommend them enough :)
