Great gym, great service, friendly staff would definately recommend.

Excellent gym that is very well equipped. But it is a bit gauche that they charge extra for hot water in the shower after the $15 casual-entry fee. So brace yourself for a cold shower, or bring some $1 coins. Casual-entry hours are limited, so note the schedule.

Nexus has recently rearranged their layout, ensuring it is easier than ever to complete a full detailed workout. They also have introduced multiple new machines/stations to provide further variety.

Best gym in Woopi. Complete equipments and facilities. 24hrs open. Easy access and convenient. The only problem is after burn some calories, pizza is waiting downstair. Lol...

Such a welcoming and friendly bunch!! They're doing great stuff too for disadvantaged community people. Marty is well spoken about as a fitness trainer.

Great facilities, very helpful and extremely friendly staff, by far one of the best gyms I have ever been to. Excellent value for money as well. If you are serious about fitness, and are looking for a proper gym, I would highly recommend this place.

Good amount of free weights, machines and racks. Plus separate cardio areas. Standard casual entry price, with a 5 day pass that is cheaper which is great when visiting the area. Good vibes. Didn't have to weight" for a rack (excuse the pun)."

Great country town gym. Had everything I needed as a visiting guest. The staff were hospitable, the gym was clean and the equipment was well maintained.

I very rarely leave reviews unless I’ve had a memorable experience but the disappointing service from this gym warranted one in this case. I tried to contact them for weeks to cancel membership due to moving away but no one ever answered the phone or returned my calls (of which there were many that I have proof of). I assumed the gym was shut due to covid but I kept getting charged. I thought this was probably just a mistake so kept calling, eventually had someone answer 4 months later after I’d spent over $300 whilst not being able to make use of their facilities. I understand there are policies with refunds but if they had only answered my calls this could have been sorted. All that money down the drain and speaking to a guy on the phone who acts like a robot and can’t understand the situation and have a little human decency - even some sort of refund would have been fair. If I hadn’t tried to contact them to cancel I would completely accept that I was in the wrong.
