Really pleased with the result achieved through using Highett Floors during Covid19.Stuart was very helpful in guiding us through the process of choosing our vinyl flooring and carpet. Peter who layed the planks spent some time explaining the process prior to starting and keeping us informed while it was being done plus his work is outstanding.

Stewart and the team have been doing our carpets for the last 20 years and have been amazing, professional and do a beautiful job. Our current house has access issues which was no issue for these guys! Highly recommend.

Highett Floors re-carpeted our entire house. Stewart, Nicky, Jim and the team were fabulous to deal with from carpet selection and pricing through to suitable timing for install. The two guys who did the install were professional, on time and cleaned up after they finished. Thoroughly recommend them.

Terrible service. I stopped in about 6 months ago to get a quote on flooring for two large townhouses I was building and the lady I left my details with said someone would call me to arrange a suitable time as she couldn't help me even though I had plans etc... . I've almost finished building and I've still not heard back from them..... No wonder I'd never heard of them until I'd driven past their store....

Great customer service, on time to all appointments, very well priced and very accommodating. They did a fantastic job with carpet and vinyl planks in an older house.
