I just tried to book a party, one girl said there is available booking for my date, after that the manager said is fully booked, try to book online because their system is not updated. Tried to book for other date and the site said there is available but the manager said is full again. So confusing which is right the site or their system. Never go again. The situation was so confusing and I think the manager don't want to have clients there, because didn't offer me anything. Not recommended

Came here with my great granddaughter my namesake..I catch up with her every 4mths when I visit Qld...lovely place to bring children all ages..plenty of activities and good variety...you can order snacks as well..lovely morning... will bring her again.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went there today with our 1 year old son, first they completely forgot our sons meal and then to find both my partner and I beef burger was raw so we asked for a refund. And seen soon after people doing the same thing, not very good for business that’s for sure. We weren’t real happy as you can imagine.

Food was good and worth the pricing. Cute little place just some upgrades I feel they need to do with the place. Like fixing the fencing as it has a hole and kids were getting out of it.

Great place to bring the younger kids to burn off all that excess of energy.Not too pricy and with a good range of play areas for toddlers, kindly and primary school kids. Very popular but usually easy enough to get a carpark and table if you are in before lunch. Coffee is decent and not overpriced and the portion sizes are pretty good too.

Great venue for kids! Sometimes bigger kids sneak into the under 5's area so a dedicated baby area for under 2s would make it perfect for the really little ones.

They let about 3 times as many people in as they should have, which resulted in literally not being able to walk around with my kids. There is next to no staff to help organise areas, and the amount of near misses I saw was ridiculous. I'll never go there again.Edit after response - You may have capacity limits, but they are clearly way too high. The entire issue is that it was near on impossible to keep an eye on my kids as there was an absolute sea of people to contend with. You could have twice as many tables and still not enough seating. If that doesn't tell you something I don't know what will. Smh.
