Flight Centre Maitland

Been trying to book a flight for 2 weeks and can not get through, can not use gift cards online only over phone or in store

This store dismisses new business and it goes to great lengths to ensure customers are left feeling empty and soulless. Attempting to seek clarification in regards to an upcoming trip I lined up expecting to be served. An hour later, with no acknowledgement from the staff I decided to leave as attempts to make contact were futile. Poor performance Flight Centre. Oh, and furthermore - don’t try and ring this franchise. The voice box is full and no one picks up the phone! Absolutely mind blowing - the owner of the Maitland Flight Centre should take a a long look at their staff and consider if an upgrade is needed. There is money to be made and these staff members are clearly reactive > proactive.

My Mum has been through a lot of BS.Mum had to change my grand fathers flights a few times as he has brain cancer so she had to move them around to cater for his specialist appointments and health. She explained this to her original travel agent but she didn’t care. She ignored emails. Ignored phone calls.Mum finally got things organised but that was by a different travel agent at the same agency. The new travel agent sorted it in 3 hours when my mum was trying to sort it out for 2 months with the original travel agent.Telisa I think her name was. Was great. But I won’t name the agent that was terrible at her job

I have had bad experience in the past. This time around had good staff

Couldn't see anyone, super busy & there were no Australian cruise books. Disappointing.

Too busy to help book flights. Expect you to make an appointment. Only used them to sort travel insurance. Booked my flights and accommodation online myself. Had already researched everything else.

Holiday was canceled in June ( Covid), despite multiply emails,phone calls & visits still waiting for the refund. We have confirmed the cruise line has refunded our money, but flightcentre is refusing to pass onto us. Over $5000. Is a lot of money for 2 aged pensioners. Sick to death of being nice!!!!!! Just want our money back.

Honestly not even worth your time. From the emotionless welcome, to the effortless attempt at helping with flights. We had everything written down with dates, locations and times we want to fly and all she did was turn the screen and show us how much the flights where going to be and snarled at the fact we stated that prices weren’t going to be a problem. We just wanted help with booking it all and we never got the help we needed. Left after 10 minutes and won’t be returning again. Happy to take your money when it comes down to it but they just don’t want to help with organising your trip. ITS THEIR BLOODY JOB, HOW HARD IS IT!

Each time I have gone in or called they have been very rude each time was someone different went else were each time never would I recommend them and would recommend they train there staff to be more polite
