Pleasant service, did not have to wait for a table. We shared a selection of small plates, the prawns were delicious and a must try for anyone visiting. We hope to come again in the future.

The atmosphere and outdoor seating area is relaxing. We ordered two mains, one side, two desserts and two drinks, which came to approx $160 (15% surcharge for public holidays). Our favourite dishes were the duck and the desserts.The portion sizes for our mains and side were small given the price. However, everything was freshly made.The service was quite slow, perhaps due to limited restaurant staff given it was the holidays. We waited half an hour each time we ordered.

After booking with balloon aloft for a hot air balloon ride, we had breakfast included at cafe kitchen and bar and the food was just beautiful. The staff were so lovely and attentive. And the coffee was delicious!Thank you guys :)

Nothing negative to say at all here. The food was first class, the service and staff were excellent, and the atmosphere warm. All in all a great dining experience.

They recently opened a pizza kitchen here and we had a chance to try their pizzas. Took a while to make we them but we did order ten of them :-)The crust was lovely and crisp on the outside and focaccia like on the inside. Fabulous toppings and flavors. The pizzas were just a big too greasy for me but tasted great. My prawn and chili pizza was great as was the vegetarian ones. Perhaps use less whole baby tomatoes next time as they were a bit too much.All in all great pizzas and I would come back here again. They were also great cold the next day ;-)

Cade Kitchen & bar in Mudgee is a great place to dine out. We had some delicious pizzas for dinner from there pizza oven. The service was good and the atmosphere was fantastic. A good night out all round.

Went for dinner whilst visiting the area and everything was exceptional. Most of the small plates are vegetarian and all the mains are meat which meant both me (vego) and my partner (meat eater) were very happy with our options! The staff were really attentive and friendly too and great drinks options and cocktails. We enjoyed a post meal drink in the courtyard which is very pretty. Highly recommend!

Very average lunch as the food is lacking quality . We ordered the salmon poke bowl and battered flathead fish. The fish was not fresh and tasted frozen on both accounts. Given the price of the salmon bowl, we expected more than 2 small salmon sliced. Service was okay as it took a while to take our order and they also didn’t refill our waters (not a big issue). It was a shame because they have a lovely outside courtyard. Perhaps their dinner and/or breakfast food is better ? I would not recommend this place for lunch if you are looking for good food.

Had a memorable meal at Cade Kitchen and Bar. Ordered the duck legs on carrot puree and kale which was superb. Attention by waiters and accompanying wine also very good.The only suggestion for improvement I would have is to slow down the delivery of the main dishes. I felt that the time from ordering to having our plate at our table was so short (it definitely didn't impact quality of the meal) but given the great ambience of the restaurant, I feel the experience would be better if they slightly delayed the delivering of the main meal.It's a great problem to have (and probably due to the fact that being a cafe during the day, their service model for this time would be designed to be quick), and it certainly didn't diminish our meal in any way. Will come back when next in Mudgee, and will recommend to friends visiting Mudgee as a must to visit for dinner!
