My partner and I were tossing up between purchasing an investment property, buying a home that was already built or building when we decided to go to the Evolution Display Home. As soon as we walked through the home we made our mind up that we definitely wanted to build with Evolution. From the finishes to the colour scheme and all the details in the home, we fell in love and have now decided to built the Suffolk with Evolution. The customer service is impeccable from Troy replying to my emails at 8:30pm on a weekend to Darrin (the owner) being in the display home on a Sunday keen to answer all our questions. Would definitely recommend visiting the home!

Beautifully designed well thought country/Modern feel home design. Love the idea of a fire place in the living area. We were surprised to see the outside of the house looks one level and the inside was 2 levels with a parents re-treat upstairs. Great use of space in this home. We also loved the idea of a guest/Main bedroom downstairs. Which made this home a 5 bedroom home for a growing family. Cant wait to see what Evolution does with our plans/home.

I dont have much experience walking through display homes, but after walking through this property, I dont need or want to see any others!
