One star because zero is not an option. Like so many other reviews once payment is made your on your own. We have warranty issues, When we call no one is available to talk. When we email there is no response. We bought a jayco thinking they were a reputable brand and safe option, dosent seem to be the case anymore.

Fantastic Staff- Molly & Daryl in service Dept showroom, Michael and team in service Dept garage. I had the vinyl come away from the pop top on my van ( towards end of holiday) and the staff generously squeezed my van in and fixed the issue within 2 hours…so relieved… so grateful. THANK YOU ❤️

This dealership is the most unprofessional, rude and disorganised I have ever dealt with.Don't waste your time or money here. I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.Customer service is one of many things they don't have.

Be sure to see Helpful sales lady TrudyVery informative friendly & not pushy.Although not entirely happy with our handover because they only do handovers Monday to Friday we had to wait 4 weeks to get our van, which was slightly rushed no safety checks done no one checked we had electric brakes and after hearing vans come with full detail ours clearly didn't.

Have been travelling from Cairns had a problem strut and couldn't lift my poptop. Also had a water leak above our bed called into Prestige Jayco Bendigo on Thursday afternoon spoke to Michael he booked me in the following morning couldn't have been more helpful. Replace the broken strut repaired the water leak. Can't thank Michael and team enough for getting us back on the road. Would recommend them to anyone needing help
