I received a floral arrangement as a gift - the flowers were nice to be fair... but when I pulled the arrangement out of the basket water SPILLED out on my counter and was dripping onto my couch. No one had thought to wrap a ribbon around the plastic wrapping to secure the large amount of water.Furthermore, when I opened the card to read the soggy note from the sender powder scattered around because some one had stapled the MIDDLE of the flower food sachet to the card. Amateur packaging what the heck, ruined the whole intended effect.

I walked into this store and asked for $100 arrangement, even showing the lady some pictures! Got a medium size, not full at all, no ribbon, basic box was leaking by the time I got home, and had very old and sad flowers. My son had to take them to another florist to fix up and replace the half dead flowers. Costly and not nice!

I called wanting to send some flowers to my mum. Staff were so helpful. We talked about my Mums favourite flowers- Lilly’s and roses - which were in season. A beautiful bouquet was delivered and as my mum was not home the delivery person had the care to hide the bunch from on lookers walking by the house. My mum was overwhelmed by the beautiful flowers and they are still as beautiful over a week later. Support this local business. I will definitely send flowers with them again 100% happy.

Disappointing for a small business. They accepted a same day delivery order on the website made before their cut off at 2pm - and then waited until after 2pm to say the courier was full and the delivery could not be made until the next day, leaving me with no other options elsewhere. The delivery was not far either. If it was my business I would have been in my car to deliver them before I went home rather than using Petals service to disappoint customers. Terrible.

Go somewhere else! I'm so disappointed. I ordered a Mothers Day delivery for Mothers Day as I am interstate and it has been delivered early. I called to complain and I was advised via recorded messages that Mothers Day deliveries would commence on Friday through to Sunday. At no stage during the ordering process where you select the date does it say this. What a disappointing experience. If you can't make a delivery on a certain date then don't accept the order.
