Extremely unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would!I had a Zoom meeting at 5pm on Tue 6th June. I confirmed with the receptionist prior. At 5.45pm I called to follow up and the receptionist could not confirm Leo’s availability if he was running late from a meeting or not. At 6.25pm still no update and waiting. Phone line switched to answering machine. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication, no email, no phone call, nothing. No excuse!As a parent to 2 young children I had to arrange this meeting weeks in advance and organise child minding. I also have a business, to which you have now haven taken 1.5 hours of my time. You charge for your time, I’ll be sure to send you a bill for mine and my husbands time who, also had to come home from work early. It’s not acceptable, where is the accountability?Customer service and service these days in general is no where to the level it used to be.
