Went to get some pool cleaning equipment and they checked that I had a vacuum plate which I hadn't thought of, once this was confirmed I was able to get everything needed to make sure it fits, good and friendly customer service!

An absolute pleasure to deal with. The staff is knowledgable and eager to give exactly the right advice.They don't answer the phone when they are busy but it's totally worth to jump into the car and driver over if necessary.

The very best pool shop in Sydney!Amazing customer service, friendly and insightful staff who know what they're doing...I recommend anyone who has a pool to go here...Well worth the drive if you're not a local.Special mention to the dashing young man who loaded all of the salt and chlorine into my car...I didn't have to ask.A must for anyone who has a pool.

Previously I have received good service. This time, an appointment was made to attend at 8.30-9am Tues. I was the second job of the day. No show. No calls to explain. 3 phone calls later from me, Eddie attended - but after 4pm. No apology. Said he had to return to fix it. Unresolved. He has now rung to pass the job on to someone else. Unsatisfactory & disappointing outcome.
