I've always had nice experiences at this store. The staff are always warm and friendly and allow me to browse freely without feeling like they're hovering around listening to my external processing haha. Staff are happy to bounce ideas off and never feel forced to buy, and for that reason I decided to purchase today. We had Steve serve us who told us about free delivery with our item (which online did not offer) I was pleasantly surprised and extremely grateful as I wasn't sure how it would fit in my little hatch back. Store is always well presented and pricing was also reasonable, lots of sales.

Popped into James Lane Maroochydore and greeted by Erin. I immediately felt like a friend was showing me MY favourite lounges. She was exceptional! She listened to what I wanted and shared her expert knowledge. I found the PERFECT lounge and accessories for our family and I keep going back to purchase more decor from Erin. She's really impressive and super nice. Nothing is too much trouble. Thanx for helping me make our new house into a home. Felicity

We went in to purchase some cushions and throws. Erin was super helpful and help us cart cushions and throws to a couch in the shop to style them with us. Nothing was an issue for her. I have since been back to the shop and she has helped me again. The shop itself has beautiful furniture. Thanks again Erin and I will be back. Erin is very knowledgable in styling, colour theory and is just a very nice person.

Terrible service at the Homemaker Centre Maroochydore. I walked out and purchased online instead. I very disappointed as I traveled 90 minutes to shop there. Last time I was there the staff was most helpful. Unfortunately I cannot say anything good about the service I received

My partner and I have had great experiences at James Lane. David is fantastic - attentive and ensures we have access to everything we want to look at, but also gives us the space to explore the store. Deliveries are always on time, and sometimes exceed our expectations. All in all a great experience, would highly recommend to anyone.

What a great store James Lane Maroochydore is. Beautiful items for decorating and furnishing your home at great prices and great quality. Cushions are a third of the cost of some of the other stores outside the centre. The staff are absolutely fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. We were taken through the store by a lovely Stylist called Maureen. There was so much to choose from that I was so glad to have the Stylist help me. Thanks David for your assistance.
