The worst chemist I’ve ever been to … especially the lady with black hair at the dispensary section.. zero empathy and the best patronising attitude.. she thinks she knows better .. disgusting.. never coming back to this pharmacy again

disgusting staffs when we tried to get our medicines. There were 5 staffs here with no other patients waiting. However, the staff kept us waiting for over 40 mins. Even the new arrived patients got their medicines very quickly. Totally racist cause I can’t figure out the other reason after several inquiries.

The pharmiscist lady was very rude, she clearly told me that she will not assist me and will not provide leave certificate without even giving a reason. i was already standing over there for over 20 min, the pharmicist need to learn some manners how to assist people who are in need. Its ridiculous.her behaviour is just disgusting, giving a reason that she is busy, will assist who are after me in the queue and she will not provide the certificate at all.

The security guard keeps following people around which is unusual and creepy. I’ve been going there for an year now and every time it’s the same. Even with different security guards.. Maybe that’s what they have been instructed by the management. But this is the only chemist warehouse I experienced these types of micro aggressions. Every time I go there I feel uncomfortable. Feels like I have to walk around with my arms up.At least the staff at the pharmacy and cashier are nice.

Michael is the rudest and most condescending pharmacist I’ve ever met. Been a customer here for over 8 years since I moved to Melbourne, most of mine and my dog’s scripts are filled here, everyone had been so nice. But today, Michael really turned my experience sour. I’ll go to other Chemist warehouse or even Priceline from now on!PS: I deleted my previous 5 star review so I can leave this one instead, absolutely not coming back

Actually I have found this Chemist Warehouse to be better than most of the other stores I’ve been in. Staff is nice and friendly and they will help you whatever your questions are. Sometimes you’ve to wait longer but most of the times they were quick.

Love this place, I’ve been going there over the last 10 years. The staff is great however lately all new staff and very understaffed.I was in there last week, first thing in the morning, pharmacy section was quite busy with one staff member (Theodora). The poor lady working behind the counter was serving 4 people at the time as well as assisting other staff members with their queries.She did an amazing job and her product knowledge is fantastic, however both myself and others were waiting a while to be served which was understandable but two of the waiting customers very rude, one swore at her and one made a very inappropriate comment. She handled both of these situations professionally, however I hope that this company looks after its staff when it comes to verbal abuse.Will definitely continue coming to this pharmacy. Great job!

I go here a few times in a year to either get scripts filled or buy essentials like Panadol.Today, got there at their 8:30am opening time and was assisted and served by nice and friendly staff. There was not much customers so the wait time for my script was less than 5 mins.They were putting in stock in some areas so it was a little crowded there but overall was a good store.Will come back again.
