Had an overwhelmingly positive experience at the store. Last week I came in with a technical problem with my mac laptop. Within one day I got call letting me know it was fixed and ready for pick up. Ended up way more affordable than the apple store too! The shop owner is an incredibly experienced computer technician who can fix any internet or PC related issues you may have. Will definitely be coming back 5/5!

We had a really positive experience at Itec today, saving everything from the hardrive of my daughter's dead computer. We were given a clear picture of costs/benefits of different options (repair or save) and we were able to make an informed decision without undue pressure. The overall cost was similar to what, on previous occassions, we've had other businesses charge simply to quote.I'd not noticed this unassuming little shop hidden next to the Chinese on King St, but my brother recommend it after he received good service there at a reasonable price. It will definitely be our go-to place for any other computer repair needs.
