lots of food here is simply better at Woolworths although they have great delivery services and are great for people who are very busy all the time. unfortunately they have started marking things down a lot less and even putting some prices up however this seems to be the case with lots of other stores in Australia right now.

One of the better supermarkets in town.-1 star due to 1 young lady in the deli more interested in chatting with friends visiting the shop than serving customers, and also prioritises serving people she knows rather than on the basis of who arrived first. This has happened to me several times in recent weeks, and shows a lack of staff training/supervision.

I went shopping with my friends yesterday. We were lining up at a counter that can only accept less than 12 items, so the lady told us that we have to pay at self-payment machines if we have more items. I tried to explain to her that although my friends and I were using the same trolley, we weren't going to pay for our stuff together. One of my friends had fewer than 12 items, so she preferred to pay at the counter, but the rest of us would go to the machine after she took her stuff out of the cart. However, the lady disturbed me when I was explaining the situation and refused to listen to any of my words. She asked us to leave the counter immediately without giving us any chance to explain why we were there. I really wonder why she didn’t allow my friend, who has FEWER THAN 12 ITEMS, to pay at the counter. (Btw, my friend was holding her baby, so it’s not easy for her to pay at the self-payment machine.) This is definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I felt like a criminal being interrogated while standing in front of the counter with the lady speaking loudly to me. I hope the lady could at least be more respectful when someone is talking. Thanks for ruining my day.

Great all round super market. Been shopping here for years. Staff are very helpful. Recommend Coles cheese cake near the bakery, just delicious

Easy to get in and out and you are in the cbd very handy

Experience was repulsive! Mother, sister and I went shopping there at around 3:15PM, decided to buy snacks, i paid for it in ACO and placed it in Mum's trolley with the receipt on top of the products and also showed the worker the recepit as proof that I had paid for it over 2 times! She still proceeded to accuse my mother of stealing the items I paid for even with the receipt on top of the product. Never apologised or anything... never going during the day again.

Sneaky online shop with click and collect. Too easy not to!!!Order fulfilled with everything I ordered. Great friendly staff.
