Where do I even begin with the amazing service I received today. I attended today with my mum, friend and sister to get our nails done for my wedding. We were greeted promptly by a friendly lady and seated and given colour books to choose from and given bottles of water. They got started straight to work. My friend got a lovely and talented man and got silver stiletto nails that look absolutely stunning. I got a lovely woman who used my nail inspiration picture and made my nails beautiful, she wasn't happy with her work and asked if I'd be open for a different style and wanted to make my nails perfect for my wedding. I agreed to the new style and loved them even more than the first round of nail art. She was so thoughtful and attentive. I was also given a veil for my hair by the lady that greeted me. Upon payment they gifted me a bottle of Chardonnay to congratulate me! It was the perfect experience! My friend and I have found a new nail salon to attend!!

I have been going to this store since they changed management and at the beginning it was amazing, always had the best service and I always loved my nails. Unfortunately since late last year I have been disappointed with the results, I have sat there for almost 2.5 hours at one point because they have taken in way to many clients at a time and not enough staff, I come in every 2 weeks for an infill and colour, I think two hours is a little ridiculous.With the toe pedicures they hurt and they don’t even give a decent leg rub even though you’re paying $60.Today I asked for my almond shaped nails to be shorter and even though I asked she continued to keep them long before I stoped her and said I asked for them short, she then cut the way to short and grunted at me for asking for what I want?I also wanted black tips and I ended up telling her to not worry about it because she took way too long and the shape was not what I asked for . Ended up paying $120 for an incomplete service and unhappy with my result. At the end of the day I have no problem paying that amount but only when it comes to the service standard you should give your clients.

I went in wanting a red French tip and a candy cane design on my ring fingers. My nails are half red and the candy cane print is wonky. I also asked for a nude/light pink on my toes and they gave me orange. They didn’t even file my nails properly. The skin around my nails is so dry. They then charged me $125 in CASH. This place is so sketchy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Don’t waste your time and money

I usually love going her and have been going for a while. They do a great job most of the time. However I recently went with my mum who had booked in and we asked for some designs. I only needed a repaint as the previous polish had fallen off. The lady doing our nails kept telling us we shouldn’t have asked for the design and to not ask for a tricky design again. She was rude and then overcharged us for the nails. I was shocked and felt humiliated just for asking for a design. I want to go back but I’m finding the quality is starting to diminish. Might be time to find a new salon

This was my first time here after 2 dreadful nail treatments at 2 other nail places in Westfield. I was greeted by a very professional guy who offered me a seat and a bottle of water whilst I waited.The lady looked at my nails and determined that 6 of which needed to be replaced. She did a fantastic job and they made sure I got a very professional job and at the best price. I will definitely be coming back.Word to the wise. By the time I got there at 9.10 they were almost full.

I had an awful experience today when I asked to have my acrylic nails taken off. I have never gotten them removed before. I was expecting to have them soaked in Acetone to not damage my nails.She clipped the acrylics without paying attention to where my actual nail was which resulted in them becoming extremely short. Next She used another acrylic nail to peel off each acrylic, this was incredibly painful as they were still completely secure. This was incredibly shocking. She filed them unevenly.The “Manicure” was her clipping/snipping around my cuticle, which was also painful and has now left my fingers very dry. She moisturised my wrists and didn’t touch my fingers. I was incredibly disappointed and I won’t be coming back.Paid $35.

this place is great, they get your nails done super fast and do a good job! they also give you a free bottle of water and a place to change you phone! great service and super friendly staff!

The shop is under new management and it was the best experience I've ever had..I brought a client to get her nails done,They saw us straight away they offer free water, chocolate !!! and chargers for your phone..!! the girls that did out nails were Thao and Anh they were very friendly and helpful and very professional I honestly can't recommend more,we will definitely be regulars...

Very welcoming and friendly staff, well priced for the quality service they provide. Provided a free water on arrival and had no appointment booked but they were very accommodating. Will definitely go back! So happy with my nails after having a bad experience at another nail salon at Northlakes Westfield.

So unhappy with my last few experiences at ProfessioNail, prices have increased but there attention to detail has decreased and their attitude to costumers is getting quite rude. Ive been going to ProfessioNail for few years now but im not wasting my money and time there again.
