My second purchase from SE Timber Chatswood and the product was as I expected, the prices are very very good and the installers were on time, efficient and highly professional. I would highly recommend them for their very professional service and taking any stress away.

SE Timber Chatswood did a fantastic job laying a stunning 55sqm herringbone wooden floor in Mosman. Barry and Kevin worked 7am to 10pm Sat and again on Sunday to fit the job in before tenants moved back in after a delay due to the floor not being level. Francis organised it all well. We are using them again and would definitely recommend them.

Very professional, Francis is experienced and understands your needs. He went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. Would recommend 100%, update: na he’s not that good!

Worst service, been there twice for a quote, and they don't bother to get back. they sent Ivan to look at the job.. who was extremely rude from the moment he walked in.. his body language said it all - he could not be bothered. Milan was the only friendly and helpful person there that we spoke too.

Terrible experience. Went to the shop and no greeting at all just left you there. Approached the salesman and asked for the brand we were looking for. The only salesman just lying they don't have such brand (no intention to provide information at all) . When I showed him the brand which actually what their company is offering on the official website. He finally found some sample for us. But just throw them on the ground and quickly went back to his table without saying one word! Just extremely disrespectful. I believe he must be the owner who doesn't care about his customers. Couldn't get a quote. Disappointed but luckily we didn't have the chance to use their product/service.

Wow !!! what a great team to deal with. Francis and Hang went above and beyond our expectations! These guys have so much knowledge and expertise in flooring. Great Service and experience. 100% recommended!!!
