Friendly helpful staff, good service. As a casual bike rider with few bike maintenance skills, after diagnosing my first problem a while back they replaced the chain, and then a few months later, new brakes for my (2nd hand) bike. I was impressed both times by the service and attention to details when doing the jobs, and thought the prices very reasonable.

Today I had the pleasure of finally meeting Mark & Shane after numerous friends had recommended me to get my general servicing and bike fit from their establishment.Shane was very thorough and helped explain a few issues I was experiencing before getting into the service.Mark done the bike fit and from the moment of making a few adjustments it was clear to see he was precise and confident in his work.Thanks for service today boys, very pleased with the value for money and will definitely be back in the future for all my bike needs.

I wanted to resurrect my decrepit old Raleigh which has been languishing in the shed for years. I knew they catered to top end cyclists, but took a chance. I took the bike to Sam and Shane. Within hours they’d brought the old bike back to better than functional, and had also ordered parts to make it even better next week. Thanks, gentleman. Well done.

Consistently excellent service every time, going into an appropriate amount of detail regarding any problems. Happy to provide advice which is in my best interest, rather than simply making a sale, although they have gone above and beyond to special order in a hard to find product. The only negative is that the mechanic often steals my Strava KOMs.

Great bike shop and service centre.Nice range of Bianchi bikes. Both flat bar and race bikes. Some little gems hidden around the store. Definitely worth a visit. Mark has excellent knowledge and good range of parts and accessories.
