What a great nursery. I always thought ANL only did massive landscaping. They have a fantastic nursery. Great array of plants, garden decorations, pots and all other garden needs. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Just go for a look. You won’t be disappointed .

ANL has always been my go to place for landscaping needs, they are friendly, helpful and will deliver and offer a great range of landscaping solutions to make your home look just right plus they are open on Sundays too

I ordered a week in advance to ensure delivery. Crusher dust mixed with cement powder. It can't sit around so I needed it on time and had the guys lined up to barrow it in and get it in place.Nearly an hour over the latest delivery time I phoned.My order had been de-prioritised" and would arrive between the next 30min and an hour.The guys had another job booked that afternoon. No time to complete mine and that on now at this late notice.Had I been told at 8am when ANL made that decision the guys could have swapped around.No communication

This place is so disorganised. They can’t even take an order over the phone correctly. Guy says they have the stock I’m looking for so I place the order, confirm the order, and call back 5 min later and speak to a gal who says they can’t find my order anywhere and oh by the way, they don’t have any stock! This place is embarrassing. Hire staff that is more competent and can help your customers, not send them elsewhere.

During the holiday, they managed to deliver the turf underlay the next day after my telephone order. Friendly and efficient team.

Ordered some top dress and sandy loam and was contacted about delivery etc. and the driver who came around to deliver was so pleasant. He also drove down a steep driveway and dumped the soil where I wanted it rather than just out on the street. His pleasant demeanour and attitude speaks volumes of the great customer service at this place. Also, can I mention top quality product beyond my expectations and what I've seen in the past. Will definitely order again and will recommend.

I ordered 7 square meters of flagging stone with Steven to get delivery on Monday 13rd, but today I received a phone call that he has forgot to take the order to allocator last Monday on 5 when I called ANL.As a result, I can't have my order on correct date I have scheduled and he also said he cannot cancel his allocation for Monday and then we have to get our order delay because of his lack of care with clients.thanks Anl for amazing customer service .Ricardo

If I could give 6 stars I would.Hoags, Thank you.We had 3.5 cubes of soil delivered up a difficult long driveway, you came up the driveway with ease and dropped the soil perfectly as close as you could to the intended location. This will make my weekend so much easier. Your skill and expertise is much appreciated, thanks again.

Ordered first lots of Native Mix, they can’t take the payment. Then, lost the order.Put in second lots of Native Mix, the guy rocked up from nowhere looks like he has just rolled out from bed, messy long hair very unkempt said the payment has gone through but we are NOT SURE we can sell this 50 odd bags of garden mix to you although the whole pallet of garden mix sitting out at the front. Also ask can we confirm whether there is anyone who can help to unload the delivery! They cannot confirm our order nor the delivery because is Saturday and their manager is working on Saturday and Sunday. This is after he took the order and the payment! This is a shonky business, extremely disorganised and unhelpful! Luckily there are a few more shops around us. Will definitely not recommend to anyone
