Nathan and Brayden came and did a renovation at our place, and the whole process was smooth and seamless. Communication was easy, and we felt comfortable every step along the way using them. The actual job was done so quickly and professionally, and look's great (so much care was put into the little details)! Any extra task, change or addition to the plan was greeted with a smile and a can-do attitude.The results speak for themselves, and I would recommend Preece Construction to anyone in the area needing a job done, big or small!

Had Nathan and his team hang some doors, replace some locks and install some new floor to ceiling doors/windows. Very professional and went out of their way to help make the process easy. His workers were also very friendly and easy to deal with.

I was doing major renovations which i was dreading to do. I got given Nathans phone number from a family member who had met Brayden a worker of Preece Construction at a local hardware place and got talking. he couldn't believe how professional he was for a young person. After contacting Nathan everything from then on could not be faulted.from how clean they were through the whole build , I was kept up to date of what was happening day by day which allowed for any questions i had. Every trade that Preece Construction were linked to were also extremely helpful.i couldnt believe how easy they made it and made renovating enjoyable.

I made enquiry for quote which was followed up very quickly by Nathan . He attended to view job very promptly and for various reasons I decided not to go ahead with job but I was given a very good assessment of what was required.

I contacted Preece Constructions and spoke to Nathan who was very informative and helpful with some building questions I had. I would highly recommend his services as he’s a good quality builder who takes pride not only in his work but how he deals with customers as well. I won’t use anyone else for my building needs.
