UFC GYM Signature

The reception reassured me I’d completed all the 52 direct debits of my yearly contract and was free to cancel my membership anytime which I did and received the confirmation email from the gym. The next week got charged again - was told by a different receptionist that I had 6 weeks remaining. Meanwhile I was certain my membership was cancelled so didn’t even attend the gym. Plenty of misleading information, shady contracts, the management doesn’t seem to know how to run a business and even less what martial arts are. Wouldn’t join again, wouldn’t recommend anyone to.

Great gym located adjacent to townhall, facilities are all clean and the staff are very friendly. Coaches cater to all skill levels and give you a good workout during the class. Always great to finish a workout with one of their shakes

The overall experience of UFC gym was great. All the staff were polite and respectful. They cater your needs and make you satisfied in the end.

If you are a fan of UFC then you absolutely have to try this gym. In my time at this gym I had the pleasure of trying out Muay Thai, wrestling and boxing, all of which are taught by an incredibly talented group of coaches. The club manager Tom is doing an great job by creating a very positive and welcoming environment. I highly recommend this gym.PS: Don’t forget to try out the protein shakes. Absolutely delicious.

So overpriced. Staff were patronising due to my small stature and beginner level of Boxing knowledge. When I was moving overseas I tried to cancel my membership. I was charged over 1,000 dollars to cancel even though I was confirming I wouldn’t be attending for the next 6 months. In addition when I notified the desk I wanted to terminate my gym membership she told me I couldn’t even if I was willing to pay up front and then when I left I was randomly charged additional money to my account for protein shakes I never bought ???? It took three attempts to get them to agree to stop my membership because I was moving to another country, resulting in additional charges.

I am a UFC gym member and disappointed with the cleanliness of the gym. When I started to be a member, one of the important things that made me choose UFC Gym was the cleanliness and organization, but for a few months now, that hasn't been happening. I'm being forced to go just because I can't break the contract or otherwise I have to pay a very high fine.

I was always hesitant to sign up for a gym membership thinking that I did not need it since home workouts have been working for me until I found UFC Gym Signature! I guess, one of the best decisions I have made. People say it is a bit pricey, but honestly I get what I pay for. Staff and coaches are very supportive and encouraging mainly those that I have been training with - Lucas, Henry, Joe, Tyson, Holly, Kubi, and Muhammad. They love seeing their clients becoming more confident and being the better version of themselves particularly in fitness and skills.While home workout was good for me, the community that I have with UFC Signature fam is giving me more guidance with my form, skill, and endurance, and pushing me to do better each time.I have the option to work from home three times a week. But I have been coming to the office in the city 5 days a week, because I love going to the gym. Some days, I would feel lazy to come but once the D.U.T. class is over, I'd tell myself Im glad I came." The location is just so perfect for me. I can choose a class that runs before work

Great location - awful gym. Attended on a Wednesday evening (730).Very little space to workout and constant disruption from other patrons due to lack of weight equipment.The recovery are is smaller than a shoe box and had all of 1 gym mats for use.Wouldn't have attended, had it not been so close to my hotel.
