Kathy has been absolutely amazing. Woody & Koda are now so much calmer and better behaved when we have company, or out walking and at home chilling on their mats. We now have a better understanding of their needs and boundaries! Highly recommended! Taking the time and spending the money are so worth the end results! We have done both in home training and obedience courses and have had excellent outcomes for both dogs. Our experience has been extremely pleasant with/for our 2 Rottweiler’s. The team at Dog Training 101 has been professional, calm, and consistent with excellent knowledge. We now have dogs we can take anywhere that are well behaved. I have worked with Dogtraining 101 through the rescue I volunteer with and also for my own dog. I always recommend them to people. They really care about the dogs. And have so much good advice. Just graduated from the Reactive Group Training Class with a ridgeback/mastiff and she is so much more manageable now! The other dogs at the class also made huge progress in just 8 weeks - it was phenomenal to see how much better the dogs were! We felt safe at all times, the 101 harness/leash system is perfect for total control and confidence, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Graham and the wonderful Auntie Kathy and the rest of the team to anyone considering this course for themselves and their doggo..

I have just completed home training with Graham. He is amazing his method of training really works and is the quickest and easiest I have ever been taught. I have one dog who is scared of people and dogs and would lunge and bark at both when I walked him. My pup would jump up on me and bite the lead when walking her. Both problems have been solved and I can now take them for walks. My older dog is now a lot more comfortable when we have visitors having his safe place and has learnt to trust me. Graham also got my pup using the doggie door. Graham has taught me the skills to manage my dogs behaviour. I feel confident now to commence his group training. Thanks Graham. Penny in the office has also been happy to help and answer any questions I have had. Highly recommend

Our gorgeous boy was reactive to absolutely everything. We completed the one on one reactivity course and we are now able to go for a walk down the road now without him carrying on all the time. We still have a long way to go though, but he's improved so much. We are now going through obedience training with DT 101. We can't recommend Graham enough!

We had an amazing in-home session with Carmel, so much knowledge and understanding of our specific situations, simplified all issues we had into easy steps to fix and made everything feel like it's so easy (which it really can be with the right guidance) Thank you Carmel!

My partner and I could not be more satisfied with Dogtraining101 if we tried. Even partway through the training our girl has gone from an absolute nightmare who can't be trusted in the same suburb as another dog, to a well behaved and obedient young pup who will only react if other dogs come too close. And this is because of the well researched and fact based training that Graham and the team at Dogtraining101 provide.Don't let the title fool you. Dogtraining101 isn't really about training the dogs. It's about training the owner.Every other dog trainer we tried told us what our dog was doing wrong. Graham was the only one who took the time to tell us what we were doing wrong, and how to fix it.This constructive approach to training not only helped us regain control of our little fur baby but provided us with the tools to ensure she never slides back into her bad behaviour ever again.Definitely worth a rating of 6/5. I'd happily recommend Dogtraining101 to anybody who's dog is giving them trouble.

Graham from Dog Training 101 did an amazing job with our lovely Samoyed, Marley. I highly recommend the 1 on 1 training sessions at home. With only 4 lessons Marley was able perform multiple of commands and also educated me as the owner on dog behavior. Well done to Graham and the team for your knowledge and experience.
