Staff helpful and friendly, but the range is a big let down. Some of the shelves are disheveled and understocked. You're better off going to the bigger Surf Dive n Ski on the street in the CBD (Cairns Square), basically a 10 minute walk down the road towards the waterfront.

Never in my life have I ever experienced such rude service from a sales person. I can’t even name the cashier as her name badge only had the letter “B” on it. The girl was rude to me while I was enquiring about their size range, her attitude was down right disrespectful. I will not be shopping there again.

Friendly staff - many options, however, not a lot of options for young boys (shoes wise). Found other surf stores around the area had better options. A part from that - a great (slightly crowded) store!
