Rob done an extension to our house in Banksia. While his initial costing was below all others, it was on-budget and well done.Rob was very responsive, had good attention to detail, took time to explain any issues which arise and go through solution-options with you, with 'outside the box' ideas that I would never have thought of - all within the lowest cost!I'd recommend him for any job he was competent of.

Rob did a major renovation work on the 20+ year old house that we just bought. In includes a complete makeover of the kitchen, living areas, a toilet and a bath. Having no experience in renovations, we were cautious and apprehensive. We took a chance on Rob based on the good reviews on the internet. From the planning to the actual execution, we were impressed with Rob's responsiveness, flexibility and superb project management skills. In cases where we were unsure of which option to go for, Rob would provide good inputs (more often he'd be right!) but respects our decision. We can always trust him to do things right and very much enjoy working with him.Thank you Rob for helping us through this process and for those other little things that you do for us!

We used RB Sydney Builders mainly to convert my old laundry into a bathroom with a toilet, and convert another place into a laundry and some other little house refurbishment for our house in North Baulkham Hills.Robert was really patient and attended to detail. He was very polite, friendly and responsive in communication. During my house renovation, I was travelling overseas for a period of time. He really took good care of my house while I was away. He kept me informed all the time with the progress and kept sending me a lot of photos. He always made sure I was happy with the work that was being done. If anything had to be changed for any valid reason, he would speak with me first and respected my decision. He also gave me very valuable advice for the design.Robert used quality material with excellent workmanship. He really did a great job renovating my bathroom. Robert and his team are bathroom expert! The bathroom is wonderful. Given such a small space, Robert has made my bathroom look big with his valuable advice. Everything in the bathroom is now in a perfect condition. This makes me feel that I have made a right decision to renovate my bathroom while I had the doubt before whether I should spend money on bathroom renovation.It was a real pleasure dealing with Robert at all stages of the project. Great work done!

Robert did a full house renovation for us in Cherrybrook, and we have been extremely happy with what has been achieved. He guided us through the whole process, helping us choose the materials to give it the wonderful new modern look that we had in mind. His attention to detail was great, and his communication was excellent all the way through, which made it very easy to work with him. The new kitchen, bathrooms, floors, lights, blinds and painting were all done to an excellent standard. We highly recommend Robert and his team.

No words can describe how happy and satisfied we are with Rob’s work.From the initial visit to our place, we felt comfortable to choose his services regardless of the price.Without even giving him confirmation, Rob went back and forth to try to give a proposal that is as accurate as possible.We then had to go overseas and come back but he kept the communication going and kept us in the loop on availabilities and changes on prices that he committed to maintaining while we get strata approval.When we were back and without any approval from strata, Rob visited us multiple times to further investigate and help us determine whether we can add an ensuite bathroom. He investigated the piping and confirmed with his team and all before we signed the contract.Once we got approval and signed, he worked weekends and public holidays. He got the project done at the highest quality without any extra charges and weeks ahead of schedule.One side that many miss is the finishing and visits to fix whatever we pick up, he came back several times to fix the smallest scratch as soon as we requested and with passion to delivering the best anyone could deliver.Rob is an exceptional professional and we couldnt recommend him highly enough. We were so fortunate to partner with him and enjoyed the whole reno process. Rob was confident, transparent and willing to experiment different options. He was extremely patient and never got tired of our endless questions. Despite our multiple requests to change the initial plan, he never compromised on quality and still managed to deliver everything ahead of time & within budget. RB Sydney Builders finished our extension for our Carlingford home. Our extension included excavating the back section of the house and redoing our water and sewer lines. Inside work included bedroom, en-suite, laundry, study, lounge and games room. We found the tradies who did the work to be about average, but found his tiler and plumbers excellent. We found Robert very approachable, friendly and listened to all our concerns. He also worked with us to a satisfactory solution to unforeseen problems. We also found better care could have been taken to protecting existing tiles and floors, by covering the area with cardboard or thick plastic sheets before doing the new work. We found prices were reasonable and timeline were about right or with in a couple of weeks, but you get what you pay for. Like paint and plasterboard were very cheap. We recommend RB Sydney Builders for value for money and good manner of business.

We used RB Sydney Builders to replace our eaves, fix a few areas on the pergola and pressure clean some areas in the backyard. Robert is very responsive to phone calls and messages, so communication is great. And Robert has a can-do attitude, and is happy to do even the smallest of jobs. The only thing that was a bit unfortunate was that some of the contractors engaged for the jobs were not on time and didn't turn up on the day they were scheduled (perhaps due to Covid). And the contractors don't necessarily inform Robert of their delay, so often I would need to inform Robert myself that the contractor didn't arrive. Robert is very responsive though, every time these things happened. And Robert is happy to step in and do things himself if the contractors are extensively delayed. Robert is also very patient - we had an old gutter that kept leaking, but Robert happily came to our place multiple times until it was resolved. If we were not home, Robert will take photos for us and keep us well-informed of the fixes performed. Overall we are very appreciative of Robert's work and very thankful for his patience and hard work!

Rob and his team renovated our balcony and we really appreciate the professionalism that he displayed throughout the project. Very good planning and execution for this multi step project that involved breaking the old tiles, Waterproofing (3 layers), Screeding and tiling activities. He also made sure to perform final touch up and cleaning activity. He would frequently visit the site to inspect the work that his team was doing. I found Rob to be a very friendly and honest person, He delivered the project 100% to our satisfaction and I will highly recommend him. 5 Stars all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recently completed some internal and external renovations to our garage pergola and side fence.Rob was fantastic the work professional and he personally oversaw all aspects.He is calm and easy to deal with and happy to accommodate our constant changes to make it work within our budget.Thanks Rob we will definitely engage you again in the future!
