Regal Dry Cleaners

Amazing, friendly service. I needed to urgently alter a bridesmaid dress and thank goodness I found regal dry cleaning. She did a great job and just in time for the wedding!

We’ve been using these guys for years out of habit but today was the last straw. Had some dry cleaning done a few weeks ago (several pieces) and didn’t check properly when I picked up the items that I had all items... fast forward a few weeks and I realize a jacket is missing... I went back to the store this morning to see if they still had it and the rude lady flatly refused that they had it and wouldn’t even go and check on the off chance they had made a mistake.And since I cannot respond to the owner's response other than editing the original review: I have since moved to the USA, it just took them 11 months to respond and simply write it off as a fake review rather than investigate and reach out?!?!?

I was pretty disappointed with this dry cleaners. Admittedly, I did not call them to tell them how disappointed I was, but far too much time has passed now. I took my favourite (and very expensive) mink blanket into them 6 months ago. The blanket was returned to me still covered in hair and lint. It has also continued to “malt”. Slowly falling apart. Not happy and would not recommend to anyone who cares about their belongings.

Went there for alterations spend time with the seamstress to explain only to find on pick up (2nd time to pick up because 1st time only half was ready) they disregarded what was on the yellow label and did what they thought was best".They don't return calls and Bambi over talks you. While Rhonda the seamstress might be the best on the coast its unfortunate you have to go through Regal to get to her. Very disappointing service or lack off and to think this business used to have such a good reputation... :-("

Quick service for minor repair, but the team member wasn't very nice.I went in to get a zip repaired on a dress. The team member decided to comment on the length (which, might I add, is NOT short, and is actually an appropriate length and the least bit revealing). She compared it to a top... I was really offended by this. She failed to mention the price until after I had put my order in, I suppose I could have asked, but never thought it would be as expensive as $30 to get a zip fixed. Overall, not pleased at all with the service. Was a waste of money. Wish I went somewhere else. Or, wish another team member with a kind nature would have served me. Would have felt much more looked after and appreciated, seeing as how I am spending way too much than I really should be.

Very bad experience. Dropped off an expensive linen curtain for cleaning. It shrunk 80mm. We were not told of the danger of this process they just took it and cleaned it without any suggestion that it might shrink. When confronted, the lady lost it at me saying this is not my fault. My advice don't take anything to this place if you value it!

Their staff are exceptional especially I highly recommend Rhonda who does all the clothes alterations, and she understands her customers so well.She is a hidden gem for sure.

My experience with Regal is nothing short of excellence. I have used their services for a long time now , from dry cleaning ,alterations ,stain removal and of course ironing of my shirts of which i am very grateful.Five stars for pleasant services from the staff.
