If we could give them 0, we absolutely would. Disgusting service and communication (actually no communication). Dads Ford Ute was towed there 2 months ago for repairs through insurance and not only has it not moved yet, but they haven't even begun repairs despite numerous contact to them from Dad and the Insurance.

We were 800km into 6400km trip around Western Qld when we did a manifold gasket in our 2005 Landcruiser Sahara Diesel near Dirranbandi.We dropped in to their St George office unannounced, and despite them being short staffed and fully booked we avoided a 10 day wait on repairs because the team went over and beyond all reasonable expectations, staying back past normal hours to get it fixed.We then went on to Canarvon Gorge, Roma, Charleville, Windorah, Birdsville, Longreach, Wnton, Cloncurry, Mt Isa and over to Ingham before heading back to Buderim, without another problem with the vehicle.Thanks O'Brien Toyota. Very impressive service. You saved our holiday.

I had a leaking injector pipe on my landcruiser Andrew in spares went above & beyond to find me a new one, great service

$33 for a car wash..did not wash - roof, half windscreen, mudguards, wheel rims, half wash passenger rear door, did not close rear windows in canopy. Maybe you get better service if you're a local.
