Horrible place, even worse doctors. I’m surprised this place is still open with their reputation and google reviews at 2.5stars. Is this level of service actually acceptable in australia?

5 stars for the lovely Asma at Reception, who always welcomes with a smile, is extremely helpful and has such a positive and kind attitude. Karla In Pathology who is efficient, nurturing and experienced and Dr Sadia who's attention to detail and expertise provides me with all the confidence I need. These attributes exceed my expectations and more. It's because of these three, I return time and time again and happy to call this my local medical centre.

INSENSITIVE, RUDE ,UNPROFESSIONAL, HARRASSING dr. SADIA REHMAN.Me and my husband went there yesterday for myself. I was there being a patient discussing about my ill health and she said very insensitivity being personal to me for no reason that other person suffering because of your health issue. I mean I was there patient and a doctor abusing in a way that because of your ill health your husband is suffering seriously? At that time I and my husband couldn’t react as we were not expecting this kind of inhumanity from a doctor in Australia. Later on after coming home we felt very bad about how Sadia rehman doctor being personal and judgement to me and insensitive towards her patient. She needs herself a doctor honesty seems like she has some issues otherwise no doctor will tell their patients that your family members suffering because you are sick . How ridiculous that sound.first of all she didn’t bother to ask us in details about health issue rather being judgmental and putting her insensitive and abusive comment to patient .Dr SADIA REHMAN should be FIRED. No doctor should get away with such insensitivity. Does she think how those kind of words may affect her patients? And patients may cry over and feel so bad about it? Just because she may have some issues in her personal life she can’t handle her patients it seems like giving personal comments shame on her. If you can’t handle your patients STAY HOME, that’s what you deserve. Keeping doctor like her can cause significant damage to any medical centres. Tomorrow she may will harass with her insensitive comments to other patients who may be suffering already of their health and then have to face doctor like her which is the worst thing any patient would like to face.I feel sorry for all her future patients . Dr SADIA REHMAN is very insensitive, rude, unprofessional and personal attacker she has no right to hurt patients if she can’t solve problem it’s ok but don’t provide your judgements bringing from somewhere and putting on your patients in anger. This is RUTHLESS. I have never met such a doctor in my life or neither any human being. Forget about doctor she is not even human . Totally unkind and egoistic. Me and my husband really regret to visit her and feel ashamed that this kind of doctor exists. Not sure where our society is leading to probably to insensitivity and inhumanity because of doctors like SADIA REHMAN. This is the worst medical centre I have ever been to. I will not be coming here again.

Receptionist have the most disgusting attitude. They’re rude to anyone and everyone which makes no sense since their job is to legit speak and deal with people. The owner can see all these reviews yet still ignore ? They don’t even answer the phone for starters and when you’re answered you’re treated like trash.The nurse is as disrespectful as the receptionist. It’s like they all feed of some evil air because they’re all the same.

So went today for a simple script & blood results. Saw dr who advised last time I saw doctor was in 2022 which is strange seeing I have been there at least 10 times in 2023. They had no record so they rang pathology who located them. Meanwhile I'm still in waiting room as they have put me back in the queue to see doctor again. Alarmed that if there was a problem with tests I'd be none the wiser but also have massive concerns about how they keep record's especially since they are all computer! If you actually value your health & time go elsewhere

honestly rate 0!!! 3.40 pm they have booked my appointment, it is 5 pm and still did not have my turn until 5.30 pm!every single time this has happened, simply unacceptable, poor customer service, poor management, doctors are unreliable, they do not take any responsibility for the unacceptable wait time they put their clients through. Just unacceptable service and needs to either be shut down or trained for improvement. Absolutely disappointed and a waste of time.

1-Given it 1 star because it exists there other than that they deserve 0 star. Reception staff is absolutely useless; all the time rude and no respect of the patients. No matter how polite you are but you will be responded with rude and harsh replies. They should hire people who actually want to do their job. Visited this centre for 2-4 times always patients are complaining about the reception staff and mismanagement of the appointments.2- I booked an appointment for my wife at 5.00PM Friday 20th of January 2023. I was there on time and today it was different reception staff but same rude tone. I was told by the reception doctor is running behind and you are last patient and there were already 5-7 patients waiting, I suspect that’s not the case and if this is the case instead of just sitting in your cozy cabin and playing with your phone; these reception staff should have called us and inform doctor is running behind can you come after an hour or tomorrow but again we returned home without seeing doctor.I would have chosen to go somewhere else but we saw this doctor and this was our follow-up appointment. Never coming back to this medical centre again in life.Save your time and visit different medical centre nearby.

Always had extra ordinary wonderful experience with Dr.SADIA RAHMAN. What a brilliant and humble doctor she is. She always listens to the concern in detail. Along with providing advice on medication, she also communicates with the patients and respond to their concerns in the best way. Best doctor to get treated from!!

Been here for over 2 hours and have been told for 45 minutes there are 2 patients in front of me. Have seen many many people come after us and yet go in before us. Still sitting in the waiting room waiting to be called. I definitely do not recommend this place and advise everyone to avoid it. Save yourself the time and headache and just go to another clinic.
