had to renew kids passport and has friendly and patient service even when my daughter made some mistakes with signing. Also noticed an elderly gentleman being served and he got his choices explained in such a lovely manner in which I hope to be talked to when I'm old and slow.

Really awful customer service here. The staff are always miserable (they clearly hate their job) and rude. My advice is avoid going here and use the Aus Post in Glenrose Shopping Centre - it’s privately owned and run with great customer service.

Website has old opening hours, got there at 5:03 and thought it would be open until 5:30 and staff wouldn't let me in to pickup a package that was never delivered to my house just went straight to the post office.
