Grace Brothers staff collected the items from Townsville and delivered them to Canberra (in perfect condition) when they said they would, which is unfortunately almost unheard of these days. I had a very similar experience to the most recent review. No one contacted me once I confirmed the quote - I had to follow it up, the phone would often ring and ring and I would end up speaking to someone in Brisbane! I had to continuously follow up to find out when it was going to be delivered, not once did I receive an email saying my furniture had been picked up, in transit, or had made it to it's destination. I sent emails that no one responded to. Once I had made payment, no one got in touch with me, I waited 2 whole business days, sent and email and nada.The people who put together my furniture were friendly. Just overall a horrible experience with moving.

I promised to write the best review of all human history for these people so here goes:Long story short they always went above and beyond to work with me when circumstances were out of my control and they always jumped to help me. They even gave me boxes for free and helped me figure out the cheapest method for everything.All the staff were as helpful as the other reviews say, but they always checked on me to see how I was going and made sure my stuff was picked up fast.I really loved how nice they were, and one guy I dealt with Jamie even REFUSED a tip! The guy said it's part of the service"

Very professional team. Had dealings wt jasmine from Townsville and she made moving states possible and easy. Highly recommended. They relocated my car and dogs as well. Happy wt their service. Hoping not to move too soon. But will gladly use them again

We were flooded and insurance organised for us to have our belongings put into storage while our house was to be rebuilt we then moved to another house and had our belongings sent to the new address, while the guys that did the removalist job bringing our things down were lovely, polite and friendly. I have found quite a few things broken in the move - disappointing that more care wasn't taken when Grace packed up our house (found stuff just chucked into boxes and glass photo frames not wrapped at all causing glass to be broken). Overall we had numerous plates broken, a bed, a desk, an antique dresser, picture frames, and smaller items.

Had a great experience all round from the quote stage through to the pick up and drop off. Both pick up and drop off crews were excellent and highly recommend Grace Removals to anyone who is looking to move.... Thank you for your great service.

Had an awful experience with them recently. Got told they could deliver on a certain date by the employer who gave me the moving proposal in Townsville, my gear arrived one and a half weeks after. I emailed them regarding this and I didn't get a response. On top of that, they were poorly organized with eventually letting me know when they were delivering my gear with me having to contact them to find out the date/time of delivery (only finding out the day before what time it would be delivered). Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Affordable removals. Lyn was amazing in getting back to me so promptly with a quote. Super friendly phone mannerism and the men who came to collect my stuff are efficient and friendly. Recommended Grace Removals to all my friends who are moving.
