Brought a $400 necklace and the chain snapped 24 hours after I brought it. They told there’s absolutely nothing they can do; no refunds or exchanges. What an absolute joke. Their jewellery is terrible quality and a waste of money.

I went in last Saturday and was served by a wonderful young lady with long brown hair, unfortunately I was unable to get her name as her hair covered her name badge and her name wasn’t on my receipt, she went above and beyond with her knowledge and was so helpful, just wanted to say a massive thank you to her wonderful customer service.

All staff are lovely, beautiful jewellery. I bought necklace and earring sets for my bridesmaid and cuff links for the groom and his party. Best jewellery shop in the hyperdome.

I purchased a ring and after 4 years the stone fell out I took it back to them and they sent it back to head office and the ring was replaced. Can’t ask for better customer service then that.
