Fred and Shirley eased the burden during an incredibly difficult and stressful time for my family with their professionalism and compassion. Thank you for looking after Dad and giving him a beautiful and touching service.

I don’t even know where to start. There will never be words enough to show the appreciation I have for Fred and his team at BRFS. Losing your beloved mother is absolutely the worst time in your life. Fortunately, I knew exactly what my Mum wanted from her funeral and burial. But throw COVID19 into the mix and a whole new world of restrictions. Fred helped us navigate daily changes to what the ceremony could and would look like. If it is at all possible the service that Fred helped deliver was more perfect than we could imagine. And more importantly was perfect for my Mum – it was her to a tee.Fred, ever accommodating, kind, considerate. An all-round nice guy with a great sense of humor. And the whole time he was helping my family deal with grief and loss he was dealing with his own wife’s extended hospitalization.

Did a fantastic program

Thank you for looking after everything. The Biggenden hospital put us in touch with Burnett Regional Funeral Services when Dad died unexpectedly in March 2021 - even he is still surprised he's dead!! A representative was there at the first available time on Monday and organised everything for us. We opted for a no service, no attendance cremation as was Dad's wish for no fuss. The representative was also able to recommend a local florist so we could organise thank you flowers for the manager of the caravan park who helped so much on that devastating day. Its a wonderful local service, who employ professional and understanding staff.
