We hired Travis to undertake a pre-purchase building inspection. I was very skeptical about the value that the inspection would bring to the whole house buying process. However I was extremely impressed with the whole process from the get go, from Travis' initial communication to delivery of the 90 page inspection report detailing every single thing he had found throughout his inspection. We met him at the property and he walked us around the house explaining what he had found and any recommendations he had to remedying them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Travis to anyone considering a building inspection. A thoroughly decent bloke!

We engaged Travis when we began the building process, and he has completed the framing, waterproofing, and pre-handover inspections for us. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain and prepare a comprehensive report. We were also pleased that he is not adverse to complimenting the quality of workmanship, as that was an added comfort during this process. We expect this will be our home for many years to come, but if we are in the market for a new home, we would not hesitate to call him, and will strongly recommend him to any friends and family.
