Lovely girls super nice but unfortunately I ordered two pair of work trousers and was told 7 to 10 days which gave me plenty of time as I needed them by this week but ordered over two weeks ago rang today and got another lovely girl but was told my trousers were not ordered til a week after I had paid for them that’s fine wish they had told me tho so I had the option to go elsewhere as I really needed them this week

Craig and the team in the Hobart store are absolutely fantastic. The customer service and quality of product is second to none. They’re 5 star!However trying to obtain an account so our team can purchase items without needing to take in payment, has been horrific. Head office in Victoria are very difficult to deal with and the website application for trade accounts is terrible, not user friendly at all. A completely arduous process that we’ve given up on.

The Cambridge Tasmania manager called one of their employees who is my best friend fat which is work abuse and harassment so I will never be going to the Cambridge RSEA unless it is to put charges on him for abuse towards my friend

April 2022: Why is it that I've only just realised that RSEA have a central Hobart location? The team a super chilled and extremely friendly. I literally couldn't find what I was looking for, and they were so easy to deal with and assisted me in finding the right product and and right size. The team are a credit to the store.Also in stock is the workwear line of Carhartt. Albeit last season's stock, but you're looking for workwear, not street-wear. If you want the up to date Carhartt WIP gear, you'll need to head elsewhere.
