Fremantle Laundrette

I was pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews and using the laundrette over the weekend. The range of washing machines and dryers is excellent. The facility was clean and tidy as well as the machines. The quality of the wash and dry was excellent. I will use again.PS: I had an issue with a dryer in terms of a payment (my error) and rang the contact line and left a message. The payment issue was resolved and credited back to my account within 48hrs. Kudos to the owner and management team for this business in putting the customer in priority position!

Closed early so my clothes were locked in till 6 the next day. Should have gone to pick them up earlier but that's what I get for trusting the opening hours I guess. I dunno im just some guy without clothes.Facilities are good though.

New laundrette but you pay and machine comes up with error, is expensive and clothes don't dry well. I will not be back and I suggest others do not use this laundrette.

Card only folks, don't bring cash. Bit of a grubby place, but good machines & a variety of load sizes to choose from.

Was very good. Clean and tidy. Did encounter someone removing clothing from an active drier to put his own clothes in. The person who was using the drier happened to come in and catch him. Perhaps something can be done to prevent this happening to customers in the future, as not everyone can sit and wait for washing to dry.Aside from the incident it is a very good laundrette. Thank you.

This should be better but hey, it was filthy dirty, there was no detergent, and the machines could do with a clean! Which puzzles me as someone would have to open up right? So they can't empty the bin or refill the dispenser or run a broom through the place? Or maybe they're relying on the scavenger who came in rifling through the bin for cans and bottles! The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because the card readers worked Ok. Note: If they do have detergent in the dispenser it's $10.00 - The compound Chemist on the other corner sells a box for $2.00. Left mine for the next person.

Clean, and the machines have pay wave which is for more convenient than coins like a lot of other places
