I have been a mhealth client for over 10 years and see Physiotherapist, Steve. He is very knowledgeable with a great sense of humour to match. I see Steve each week, mostly in the pilates studio in a mixture of group and 1:1 settings. He understands how my body (and mind) works and we work together to ensure I have a happy body and mind.mhealth has a great team of allied health professionals and when Steve is not available, I will see one of the other physios.

Unfortunately not a good experience. I paid over $700 in 2021 for orthotics, and in under 12 months they have lost their shape and are definitely not doing what I paid for. After being told they’d last at least 5-7 years, I went back for a $175 consultation, at which I was told I would have to pay $600 this time for new orthotics? I think a better discussion in the original appointment would have been beneficial, so that clients are aware that the $700 is actually not a one time payment and orthotics last less than 12 months.
