Waited 7.5 hours for a 3 hour service although I said I would like to wait for my vehicle. They didn't give a damm when I said anything. The next 50klms I was wiping grease off the side of the car after they did a 30k serviced. I will never use this disgusting place again. I didn't buy from this company because of how I was treated & it hasn't improved.

Called them to ask about there deals. After about 30 seconds the manager told me I wasn't worth his time and swore at me and hung up. Worst dealership I have ever seen. I am surprised they have ever sold a car.

Extremely poor customer service. I have a legitimate warranty claim and they palm the blame onto the driver saying it's from User Error and Excessive Force. Please don't buy an Isuzu off this dealer. The 5 year warranty doesn't apply to them and you'll find yourself left in the dark. I'm happy to talk to anyone about this.
