I rang Albury Florist at 10am and the flowers arrived just after 12 and they are gorgeous! The friendly staff member asked if I was happy for her to pick the colours and I'm so glad I said yes. The recipient was also thrilled with her flowers and I will definitely order from Albury Florist again...many thanks Sue

Wow! What a disappointing and underwhelming experience from start to finish.Living interstate, I searched for a 'reputable' florist to organise flowers for Mothers Day and settled on The Florist Centre... big mistake.After unsuccessfully navigating the online options to buy flowers, I called instead, and after 4 attempts finally spoke to someone who could take my order (understandable, it was coming up to Mothers Day after all).After taking all my details and forking out $70+ I was advised the flowers would be delivered around mid-morning Sunday... they weren't. They actually didnt arrive until close to 1pm; the address was apparently recorded incorrectly. Whilst having both mobile numbers for my mother and I, there was no courtesy call or request for correct details sought.Probably not a surprise then that within 2 days the flowers had wilted (see attached).Upon calling The Florist Centre and explaining the situation, I had expected an apology and an offer to deliver replacement flowers.... neither was forthcoming. Instead I was was asked how many flowers exactly had wilted and that my mother could drive to the shop and have those replaced.After expressing my disappointment with the whole experience, they agreed to deliver the replacement flowers... however for the wilted ones only.To avoid a repeat, I asked them to confirm the address and phone details they had, however, yet again, they somehow couldn't find the address.Finally, having arrived and sighted the flowers, The Florist Centre only replaced 2 of the 3 lilies, as the 3rd was deemed to be fine, taking the 3rd replacement lily back with them... seriously?!Appalling customer service and over priced, sub-standard flowers to match... never again

I received an absolutely beautiful arrangement of flowers on Monday that my partner from Sydney ordered over the phone with Sophie.He has been ordering flowers from Albury Florist Centre through Sophie and sending them to me for the past four years, and every arrangement has not only been been stunning, but Sophie has also at times gone out of her way to deliver these flowers personally.I would highly recommend this florist - beautiful flowers and amazing staff!

Customer service instore was subpar today. I know you were busy (because you told me) and you made me feel unwelcome and I was rushed into buying some flowers that I usually won't have bought. I did spend far less than what I was intending. Your loss. Hopefully this was just a one off, your flowers online have always been so stunning. Perhaps I will just stick to ordering delivery online.

A great thank you to Carol for providing the flowers for my wedding on 26 October. You were such a pleasure to work with! Your floral arrangements were above and beyond what I could have dreamed. From our initial meeting you were professional, responsive and knew exactly how to make our theme work beautifully. So many people have commented on how beautiful everything was and I am so happy with the way everything turned out. The flowers arrangements were so elegant and classic it will make our photos forever timeless. I would highly recommend you, in my opinion as the best florist in Albury!

I ordered a local delivery online from Sydney. The recipient was very happy with the flower arrangement. The photo of the arrangement that the recipient sent me was larger than I expected than the photo online. Delivered on the day booked. All good - a happy customer. I'll drop by to thank you in person when next in Albury.
