Excellent customer service now that they have a new sales person called Gina. We have used this company for many years and the service was a bit slow. This last year Gina has taken the sales role and the service is now exceptional. Thanks guys!

Brilliant service. Gina is the heart and soul of the team. So happy to receive my products in a quick and smooth fashion. Prices are very reasonable also, particularly for high quality ASColour clothes.

Never never ever use this company. Gina is incompetent. Firstly they couldn’t provide the requested top even though they had taken payment. They sent a replacement top without the correct embroidery and then didn’t deliver hats in time. Never ever use them! I wish I read the reviews before doing so!

I placed an order for personalised garments for our business. The start of the experience was fantastic dealing with Ally. Lots of back and forth to get the logo on the back and front right. I was very excited to receive the items, only to be left very disappointed by the quality of the back logo (heat transfer logo). The garments arrived with missing bits on some of the logos and cracks throughout the logos. After one wash in a wash bag the logos were completely cracked all over. Ally blamed the garment that was use but agreed to a 50% refund. I was trying not to put the company at a complete loss even though these garments did not meet customer expectation and should have been returned. The most disappointing part was that after the 50% refund was given Ally admitted to the poor quality being from the logo not being processed correctly and that it was HER FAULT. Why would you send garments knowing that it wouldn’t meet customer standard? Doesn’t customer satisfaction mean anything to this company? Absolute poor form with their approach to just send the garments and hope for the best. I would not recommend using this company. How unfortunate though!

Just ordered lots more work uniforms, Ally was a pleasure to deal with. I've been using Aushen for 5 years and love them. Arrived way quicker than the estimate and the product quality was great.

I ordered 2 weeks ago. I was really shocked by the material. It is so soft unlike with the other one I bought months ago with different brand very stiff and kind of tight.I thought it looks a little bit bigger, but when I put them on fits really amazing.I’m definitely going to be ordering more.

I received these solar lights as a gift. I was very disappointed when I have only had them out a short time, about five weeks to be exact, and one by one for the past week and a half they have stopped working. I started with 10 that came in this box, and I am left with 4. I am very experienced with solar lights, because I have a huge fairy garden that I do every year outside in my Gardens, so I understand they need to be charged daily by the sun which they all are in a very great spot for that very such thing. Unfortunately they all have slowly stopped working none the less. I am trying to contact the manufacturer to receive a refund, so that I may purchase them at a different place or by a different company actually would be better considering these I no longer trust and I believe are garbage!
