I will start by saying if I could leave no starts I would. Save your sanity and do not go near this real estate or the agents.I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service with any real estate agent, being a leasing agent myself I sure know right from wrong and will never recommend this agency.It all starts with the condition report being outdated photos and having to constantly be on your feet ensuring they are doing there job properly, which over the 12 months was proven they were unable to provide any form of professionalism.You will spend weeks chasing up your agent who simply is always “out of office” “ unavailable” “at a work conference” “on holidays” “Company Symposium” but conveniently when they are chasing you as a tenant you are expected to be available 24/7 and have a response to them within 24 hours. I spent over 6 months trying to chase my agent in regards to existing damages to the property (existing when I moved into the property), and at the end of my 12 month lease they were never fixed. I was even told I had caused these damages and my bond would not be returned and if I did not agree I would be taken to VCAT, luckily I had images and emails to prove they were pre existing.These agents and company simply give below the bare minimum and expect a whole lot in return for you to be a “model tenant”. Inspection notices given, agents don’t show up to inspect and re schedule at their own convenience.A month or so after vacating the property I was still asking them to return my bond as they hadn’t processed the bond claim from the agents end, I had been emailing and calling for 4 weeks then I was told my agent had left the company so I must wait to be contacted. The new agent contacted me and discovered a tenant who had entered the contract with me had vacated during the lease was never removed from the lease (all appropriate paper work was completed) therefore I was unable to receive my bond and had to cop it at a loss.This agency will make your renting life a living hell, do not use or recommend to anyone you know.I have been waiting to be contacted since July 2022 to recover my bond and have still not been successful at having anyone ring or email me back, as I am no longer in the property they simply do not care.

Sandrena and the team at R&W Plus have been my rental agents for nearly a year now, and I can solemnly say it's been a positive experience. They've been quite helpful and accommodating with any queries I've had. Very appreciative.

Through my application process for a rental, I was lucky to get Sandrena as the agent between myself and the landlords, and they were a breath of fresh air. All questions were answered clearly, and quickly and they were absolutely lovely to talk to on the phone.
