Called a few times, got a text replying asking to communicate via text. 5 days later and still no reply. Tried to contact off another number. 3 days later and no reply. Called and got no answer. Finally got a response to my negative feedback as responding to the feedback is more important than the appointment requests that had gone read and ignored for days. Gotna very blunt response saying they only open at 9am. Fair enough it is 8:30am now. That doesn't explain the 2 days I've already waited on read for a response. Anyway I can't comment on the facility or service as we never got to that point of rhe transaction. I have requested a refund and hope that goes better than this experience

Do not buy Groupon for this clinic. You will never get the appointment. Just read all 1 star reviews, everyone complaining about unfair treatment and appointment issues.

I have been going to Tam and this clinic for years. Every time I go, I feel supported and encouraged with treatments that best serve my needs and with instant results. It’s wonderful to have a beautician that is like a friend not stuck up and trying to create a cookie cut look for all. Tam has worked with enhancing my natural features and makes me feel my own natural beautiful before and after my treatments. Her knowledge and skill in her practise exceptional but more so the ease in which I feel when getting treatment shows her beauty as a person. Would highly recommend.

I've done a few appointments here for laser hair removal, and they've all gone really well. The results I've gotten have exceeded my expectations! My appointments have always started on schedule, and Tam has consistently performed an excellent job of listening to my concerns and making me at ease. I felt cared and relaxed. I would strongly suggest Chrome Skin Clinic.

Tam’s services are top notch! I have had shr with her and I have thick black hair and the treatment is painless and I’ve been hair free now for 6 months. I also get ipl for skin pigmentation done and my skin is glowing and clear! and lastly I’ve changed from another beauty salon to Chrome recently for my eyelash lift/tint because I tried Tams service and it’s spectacular. She’s also very personable and professional- I wish I could give 10 star reviews!

This lady should be reported by everyone. She keeps people’s money and please don’t go if you are foreigner, she will discriminate you. I went to do my treatment but she overbooked and told me that she was not going to be able to do the laser hair removal, since she made a mistake and thought the appointment was another day, I’m still waiting for a solution. She kept my money for my remaining three sessions. If you want to be respected and not scammed please don’t go.

Tam, your compassion while I have been receiving chemo has been outstanding. You are not just a business, but such a caring lady checking up on me. And thank you for offering me a refund, no need ill be back soon. Your excellent work ethic is one that is hard to find these days, thank you for being you.
