Coles Ayr

Such a bigger range of products at our local store hubby is always coming in store asking how long I will be thank you for that

Ayr store has great customer service, staff are always helpful and friendly and is a well laid out huge store that caters to all your needs. It is a busy store as alot of people travel from local communities to stock up, so I'd advise shopping around 1.30pm before after school rush hour.Its important to note this store is closed Sundays and some public holidays. Parking is around the front and road side for trailers and boats and is connected to a cafe, BWS, Domino's and pharmacy. New layout offers 8 self serve for trolleys and baskets which is a quite roomier as the queues for the 7 registers can get quite busy, also offers 12 items or less and click and collect. There is a Taxi service right outside the store and 4 disability parking outside the store.

This Coles is as good as any Coles for stocks and prices. We have shopped there for a couple of years and the customer service is very odd. The main repetitive strange behaviour is the way our items are handled through the checkout, items are always picked up and put down or thrown roughly, even fruit and vegetables. We have seen this by at least a dozen employees over the years, I always think if someone filmed it the video would go viral on socials. Wouldn't recommend this if this would bother you.

This coles is massive, we shop here all the time, it is a clean tidy store with friendly staff, very good parking unlike woolworths

Always liked coles specials which i find often and the staff were really nice and friendly, helpful and polite.

Big car park and only a few other businesses there. Pharmacy to drop off your scripts while you shop and a domino's for at night when Coles is less busy. Parking has shade covers too.

Great shop with room to move down the aisles without having to dodge boxes and other obstacles that you normally associate with most other supermarkets. Shaded car parking was great as well in this tropical climate. The floor staff were extremely helpful with out lack of knowledge of grocery placement throughout the store.

Happy to shop my groceries here. I know where is what,staff is helpful. In Woolworth there is no system for me and I spent ages to find my stuff. I love Coles.
