Have had three cuts here so far. Incredible skills all around. They show a lot of care and attention toward their clients and provide amazing quality cuts. Far superior to a lot of the barbershops in Sydney. Would 10/10 recommend!

Jimmi gave me an excellent low half fade, he made a funny face when he was cutting my hair but it proved how he concentrated hard to give me the perfect cut. Although the did put a random product in my hair without telling me what it was in the middle of my cut which I thought was random but I’m not too sensitive. May cause reactions from more sensitive customers though. Ultimately a good experience

What can I say? This place is great and I'm just pinching myself on why I've never been here before!The whole experience is just sleek. You check-in via the digital touch screen and then taken to the barber chair. The barber asks and listens to what style you want and takes the time to perform the cut. Even the water spray bottle smells amazing. There's a beverage bar with complimentary drinks.When it's all done they get a hot towel to wipe you down. All that for a reasonable price. I usually hate going to get hair cuts but I might just start going more often now.

I normally love the haircuts that this place provides.But their inability to accurately advise of a wait time, as well as having constant people jumping the queue makes this a only book if you have time. (It’s not a lunch time experience)The next available barber went from, at the time of booking, about 0-7 minutes to 15 minutes to 3-5 to various different times, until I was waiting for closer to 30+ minutes. (Currently still waiting as I wrote this) During this time, I was one of 3 people on the board, and up to 4 other people then proceeded to called in front of the “next available”

Not just a haircut...an experience. Getting a chop used to be such a hassle, this was more like a guided meditation with a trim....could have sat there all day getting my hair tousled and dried. Thanks to Julia (spelling?). Just became my go-to barber shop.

Asked for a classic cut including a wash which i didn't get a wash. Was supposed to get a cut from Vae but I guess I was the unlucky one to get Nish. Showed an image of what I was supposed to get and got something completely not what I wanted. Got wondering if he was even a qualified barber. Guy was brave enough to tell me that I would feel like I'm 20!I feel pretty disappointed wasting 48 bucks for something I didn't get. I get to work and meet customers. This is quite an epic fail to provide a service which I supposedly chose with the girl at the entrance who greeted went through range of options to add to my classic cut. I added Wash & Scalp Massage which I was charged for and never got. I still paid full price by the way.Either be upfront and tell me you can't do it or recommend something else that would suit me and you're confident in. Don't sell me something you can't do.

I brought my son in for his first haircut at 9 months old today and Connie did an excellent job in cutting his hair! She did warn me prior that if he moves too much or is in distress she will stop as is and the cut will not continue…however all went well! She was super patient and gave us a perfect haircut, much exceeding our expectations for a first haircut. Was even thoughtful enough to put a lock of his hair in a paper bag for us to take home as a keepsake.

You’ve never had a real haircut and shave experience until you’ve tried Tommy Gun’s at Macquarie. I gave my barber Niche a hard canvas to work with and he pulled off both a great finished look but also a barbers experience so unique it surprised me. Worth the money. I asked for hair gel and he gave me expert advice based on my lifestyle and needs.

I've lived in Australia for almost seven years now, and I've never gotten a better haircut, let alone service, than Tommy Gun's Barbershop at the Macquarie Center. Not only did they make me feel welcome as soon as I stepped through their doors, but my hairstylist sculpted my hair to perfection with very little input.
