I’ve been here many times and service and pricing have been good. I went in last week and had a shellac soaked off and paid $20 + tap and go charge. I wanted a soak off today for shellac on my toenails and was told it would cost $50. I said I came in last week and the young girl cut me off and said this is the minimum service. I went around the corner to Q&A and paid $10. I ended up getting a spa pedi & manicure. Not sure I’ll be back!

Impolite and lacking basic customer service. They did not acknowledge any options for colour or design, made short and direct remarks throughout the entire process and were rough with care of the nails. The final result was botched and looked incomplete - I had nail colour on my hands, chipped acrylics and was not offered to be able to wash my hands afterwards.They could do better with more consultation time, proper care with my nails and offered more back and forth in regard to what the customer would what. 3/10.

Horrible. Went in to get a full set. Natural Nails weren't clipped and filed correctly. False Nails are all different sized from eachother and some nails too wide for my natural nails at the base. Not applied at the base correctly and already look like ive had them for weeks when it has not yet been a week. 2 layers of polish applied and can see through them when held up to the light. My nails don't even have polish on the ends of them. Will never be back. See photos for reference. Edit. 3 days later and 4 nails broken off where they've obviously not been glued properly. I had gone in wanting a refill on my nails, which they said will be $45 however, as soon as I sat down she knew what I wanted and then cut all of my nails off and took my existing gel off and then told me that it will be $10 for the removal and $60 for a new set because she thinks that it’ll be better however I never asked for my nails to be redone. I just wanted a refill and when she was doing them I asked her for almond long almond shape. However, she gave me short, stiletto nails. After I told her I wanted them long and she could not do that for me , she was rushing. She didn’t give me a basecoat and when I had my nails drying in the machine the she did not wait for the time to finish. She just took them out as soon as she was done each time but I paid $70 for something that I never even asked for and I left crying

I have got acrylic done along with gel pedicure and I was charged whopping $120. They charged $10 extra for shaping my acrylic nail in almond shape which was not that perfect to say. Also they did my hand nails and pedicure together so I was getting pulled here and there to adjust either leg or hand. Also nail paint application was not up to the money taken. I have attached the pic of my ALMOND shaped nail which clearly looked distorted.

Went in Tuesday 01/11 for a full set & manicure for my wedding and just a manicure for my maid of honor.My acrylics are fine, not quite as good as I'd hope for the price, there's tiny chunks missing from the base of a couple of my nails, but you can only really tell if you're looking at them closely so I'm not unhappy with them. The pedicure experience was nice, but the paint job is pretty uneven. Again, no one's going to be looking too closely at my toes so whatever. The lady who did my pedicure and the man who did my manicure were nice.My maid of honors experience was worse than mine. She got a pretty slap-happy job from the older lady with darker hair who couldn't look less impressed if she tried. She was rough and my MOH ended up leaving with bleeding cuts all over her fingers. She did mention this when it came time to pay and they gave her a whole $4 off the price of her service. I know if I walked out bleeding, especially from something that's clearly not an accident and just a complete lack of care, I wouldn't be paying for the service at all.I'm kind of just hoping after seeing other reviews that my acrylics at least stay on for my wedding on Thursday...At the end of the day, won't be back.I feel that a lot of people would be getting their nails done for an event so a little more care would go a long way. Don't know why you'd WANT to do a bad job.

Been a few times now and I'm still not sure i love this place. It seems the outcome and longevity of the product is dependent on who does the job. I had one total disaster which was painful. While they remedied the issue it wasn't before i lost 3 of my own nails down too low.That said, Emily seems to know whats what. I've been sticking to her.I went here due to brand. My Professionail salon in Sydney was the best.

Overall bad experience except young lad in the reception.When putting gel coat on my natural nails after minimal manicure one hand was bumpy and uneven. When asked to remove colour and just have clear gel coat lady removed colour however in the process burning my nail bed and being very ruff. Ontop of that them talking about me in their language with them all staring at me made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend going there for any type of relaxation! Out of five stars I don’t even rate them

Worst job ever. Went back on the day had 3 nails fixed . Since then I had to glue one nail on before I could go out and as you can see they have dents & are breaking off.Will ring today see if they'll at least take them off or do a new set free of charge!

If I could give a zero star I would. I am currently 6 months pregnant, 3 months ago I decided to give myself a pedicure. The lady who did my nails cut the sides of my nails completely off during the pedicure, which I thought was odd at the time but didn't question it because I thought they are professional. Fast forward to now both my big toe nails have terrible ingrowns because of how she cut the sides of my nails off and they have been infected for 2 months I am now heavily pregnant and it's hard to tend to my feet. They are so sore and I am so scared to ever have my nails done again. I called them to complain and they said they could only do something if I called one week after getting them done. I explained that the ingrown takes longer than one week to happen and I wouldn't want anything from them anyway I'm just letting them know how awful the experience was and to retrain on how to safely cut nails. DO NOT RECOMMEND+!!!
