My wife went into the shop today (Monday) and the assistant treated her like a second class citizen, really if you don't want to be at work don't turn up, but if you do make an effort, regardless of the terrible service she actually made a purchase but no improvement on the service. Very ordinary to say the least.

Love shopping at Gretel Lane. Staff are always wonderful and the selection of shoes and clothes are great. Always find something I like in this store.
