Excellent service.Excellent understanding of both people and process in terms of recruitment on both sides of the transaction.On the client side, I could see that good solid work had been done to understand the role and client needs, and the culture to better match and set expectations on both sides. A genuine conversation had taken place to set the Hiring manager and Hiring organisation up for success.On my side, they took the time to understand me, and where I was at, as well as on the client and the clients role requirements and culture.I was successfully placed, but there was a couple before that which didn't work out. Very unusually Straight up rang me and discussed the negative result with some feedback and next steps- which is significant. While not great news it at least shows that there is a relationship rather than a collection of CV's. It also helped in terms of knowing what was happening with the role, rather than being left hanging.
