Blossom Bakery

Blossom Bakery is one of the better bakeries in Cairns & especially on the Northern Beaches. I love fresh exotic breads to spice up my sandwichs for lunch, there's Whole Grain, Rye or whatever your taste buds desire. They have a good selection of healthy premade rolls for lunch if that's more your speed, along with a good selection of cakes that you can buy whole or by the slice. Pastries are also available as are the usual selection of pies, sausage, spinach & ricotta rolls. There's a good selection of cold drinks or you can have a coffee to your liking. They have a great deal on coffee as you get a donut for free, anything for free is rare in this day & age. Dine in the airconditing, outside or take away. The Bakery is Asian owned & staffed so you get that super Asian, friendly service with a smile. Drop in & give them a try. I'm sure, like me you'll be glad you did & end up a repeat offender.

The pies here are terrible!!! Very overpriced at $6.50 each, they have no meat or veggies, just sloppy, over salted filling like from a packet soup! Crust is stale and undercooked. Would give zero stars if possible, worst pies ever!

This bakery is amazing! I have been a huge supporter of the bakery at freshwater, however, this place has better bread and genuine friendly service. I am totally delighted to have the best bread in Cairns so handy.

Not great bread. I bought a wholemeal sourdough loaf and while it looked good, the bread was not cooked through and had dry flour throughout. I'll buy elsewhere moving forward.

This bakery does things differently, a must visit when in Trinity Park. Stand out Brioche's. A great place for that Coffee Break. And when you are done, take home a Artisan made loaf of delicious bread.

Blossom Bakery is at Trinity Park just Sth of Trinity Beach. This is a unique bakery as it does Asian style breads. The Brioche here is a standout as is the Chiabata breads. The range of Brioche sweet breads is considerable. Defiantly worth the drive up there. Consider seating down with a coffee and sweet bread for morning tea.

I had a spinach, cheese and fetta roll, wasn't bad.But the custard twin" was terrible. The custard was grainy

Since all lovely staff have left this bakery, my favourite salad rolls have less salad and too much Mayonnaise which I throw away, coffee isn't great, and there's no more friendly service. I stopped here regularly but it's time to find other options.

One of my top two bakeries in Cairns. The sourdough bread is amazing and the baguette is the best I have ever had!Staff are friendly, appreciative and know their products.
