My order was dispatched on the same day but due to lockdown Austealka post delayed it for less than a week. I contacted phone warehouse and the staff there has been so amazing. They arrange another order with no charge to be express post to me. And that again was delayed by Australia post. Phone parts warehouse contacted a customer who is located in Sydney to hand deliver the screens to me so my customer is not waiting for their ipads to be fixed.The quality of the screen is amaIng too! Very high quality, easy to use and the packaging is exceeding standards!If I can rate the customer service 10 stars I would. The service was more than my expectation. Phone parts Warehouse, you have for yourself a loyal customer! Thank you for making my stressful experience under lockdown a positive one!

As a small business owner in mobile and computer repairs, I've always been on the lookout for a great supplier who was both honest, trustworthy, professional, and uses only the best quality parts. Finally after trying so many Australian suppliers, never have I found such a amazing supplier who goes above and beyond. I needed a part desperately for a customer who needed her phone repaired for her special needs son, sanjay hoped in the car and drove 1 hour at no added cost for me. He went above and beyond!!! I know I'm only ever using Phone parts warhouse for all my future needs. I've had 1 faulty screen from phone parts warehouse which is the lowest I've received and when I mentioned it he promptly sent a replacement which I received the next morning. Highly professional, high quality parts and easy warranty. They also treat you like family. Wish I could rate higher then 5 stars!

Highly unprofessional. If you want to return something they will not even respond to your email. I sent a couple of emails stating that I mistakenly bought the wrong screen and I would like to return. I understand it might not be convenient for them but an email with a response would be professional.

Purchased a new screen incl digitizer for a Sony Xperia XZ1. The listing stated that the part was original when it was not. In fact a repair shop had to shave off part of the glass as it was darker that original and had triggered the proximity sensor making the phone calls no longer work. It's also noticeably blurry when scrolling.

To be completely honest, Was sceptical at first being at a home address, but once I had phoned then first met them they were very helpful and friendly they had the part I needed, plus lent me the tools to do the job, (needed an iPhone screen replacement during the Easter weekend) definitely recommend competitive to eBay without the wait just ring and organise to pick up I believe they do delivery too
