I asked and was told it takes 2-3 days from when you order your product for it to be picked and ready for collection. I turned up the day after ordering something and needed to wait until they could do it. They were pretty good in getting it sorted, it took less than an hour.

Came to their warehouse to see a product, they asked for a assembly fee of 140 dollars, and when I want to buy it there's another extra 200 dollars fee on top of the full purchase price of the item because it's called an express order" and I did not have to wait 3 to 5 days to get the item...You still have to pay the assembly fee even if you are going to buy the item in the box

Absolutely amazing service. Products are great quality. I have been buying materials handling equipment (especially their amazing V-Cart) off them for 3 years now and nothing has let me down. The staff are very friendly, no waiting on the phone, very knowledgeable on all their products and they are ready to help you out with anything.
